This session is for students to make up absences and tardies. Students must bring homework and an academic book to read.

Join us for Hidden in Plain Sight on February 11 at 5:00 PM in the OHS Cafeteria. Learn how drugs and alcohol can be hidden in a teen’s room and what you can do as a parent to protect your child. This is an informative and eye-opening presentation—you won’t want to miss it!

Acompáñenos a Oculto a la Vista (Hidden in Plain Sight) el 11 de febrero a las 5:00 p. m. en la cafetería de OHS. Aprenda cómo las drogas y el alcohol pueden esconderse en la habitación de su hijo adolescente y qué puede hacer como padre para protegerlo. Será una presentación informativa y reveladora. ¡No se lo quiere perder!

📢 Parent Notice: National Youth Tobacco Survey (NYTS)
Our school is participating in the National Youth Tobacco Survey (NYTS), sponsored by the FDA.

Students in grades 6–12 may be asked to complete a 20-minute online survey

The survey asks about tobacco and nicotine attitudes and behaviors

No names are collected and student privacy is protected

Participation is voluntary

Students may skip questions or stop at any time

There is no penalty if your child does not participate

Survey results help improve student health programs in the future.

➡️ Only return the form if you do NOT want your child to participate (due within 3 days).
A copy of the survey is available in the school office.

Your child may take part in the California Youth Tobacco Survey
(CYTS), a survey about youth tobacco use funded by the California
Department of Public Health. The survey will be given at school by a
teacher or administrator.

If you agree, you do not need to return this form.
If you do not agree, please return this form to the school as soon as possible.
